烈火 · How it goes

Three steps. You can stop after any of them.

We used to describe this as Discover, Pilot, Scale, Govern. That sequence made the audit look like a warmup for a build. It is not. The audit is the engagement. Everything after it is a decision you make with the brief in hand.

01

The call — free

We get to know your operation and what’s actually hurting. No slide deck, no pitch. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you, and we’ll point you somewhere better if we can. Some engagements need a second, shorter call to pin down exactly which process to look at — because paying to audit the wrong thing helps no one.

02

The audit — scoped and priced on the call

If an audit makes sense, we scope it to one real process and tell you the fixed price before you commit — no surprises, no meter running. You get a written brief you own: how the work actually moves, where AI belongs, where it doesn’t, and what to do first. The audit is the audit. You can act on it with us, on your own, or with anyone else.

03

The build — only if it earns a go, only if you want it

If a recommendation scores a go and you want it built, that’s a separate engagement with its own scope and its own quote — from us, or from someone we hand you to. We don’t fold the build into the audit, and we don’t need you to buy one to make the other worth it.

烈火 · What we will not do
  • We will not open with a chatbot demo. If a process is not a candidate, a prettier interface does not change that.
  • We will not invent a client logo. Proof is the current mailbox-to-ticket engagement and the way we run the audit — not a wall of brands we did not serve.
  • We will not treat “governance” as a synonym for “audit.” Governance is how a system stays trustworthy after it ships. The AI audit is how you decide whether it should ship at all.
