AIREKKA ("we", "us") operates airekka.com. This page explains how we handle information submitted through our website contact form, chat widget, and interactive AI automation demos.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, company, message)
• Demo answers (service preferences, timelines, location or criteria)
• SMS consent evidence (consent text version, timestamp, and technical metadata)
• Chat and demo conversation content
• Basic technical data (IP-derived hashes, user agent) for security and consent records

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and demo requests
• To send demonstration confirmation emails and texts you request
• To follow up on optional discovery callback requests
• To operate, secure, and improve our services

Service providers

We use trusted processors to deliver these services. Demonstration emails are sent via Resend. Demonstration texts are sent via Twilio. Those providers process your email address or phone number as needed to deliver the message. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / text messaging

SMS is only sent when you opt in through the demo consent checkbox. Message frequency for the demo is limited (typically one confirmation text, with at most one resend). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages from that campaign.

Demo disclaimer

Interactive demos are simulations of AI automation workflows. Completing a demo does not book a real HVAC appointment or realtor consultation unless separately confirmed by AIREKKA.

Retention

Abandoned demo sessions without a callback request are typically retained for a limited period (for example 30 days) for troubleshooting, then deleted. Callback requests may be retained longer as business inquiry records.
