A 7-stage reasoning chain runs ahead of every model call and logs its confidence, so decisions are traceable rather than a black box you have to trust blindly.
03 — INFRASTRUCTURE
It runs on real plumbing.
The system carries its own searchable memory and connects to the outside tools it needs — all running locally, with no dependence on a pile of external services to stay up.
Local-first retrieval with 901 indexed knowledge vectors and no external vector database. 12 live third-party integrations wired in, and a routing layer that falls back gracefully across models when one is unavailable.
04 — GOVERNANCE
Everything is accountable.
Every action the system takes is logged and access-controlled. Nothing happens anonymously, and nothing sensitive is open to just anyone.
A populated 12,628-row audit trail — who, what, which record, when — and systematic access control across 675 endpoints. Governance built into the floor, not bolted on later.
